18 Ready To Sue POTUS Over Census Question

A coalition of 18 attorneys general are suing the Trump administration in a challenge to adding a citizenship question to the 2020 federal census.

Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey says the question will jeopardize the accuracy of the census, undercount residents and reduce federal funding to the state.

Secretary of State William Galvin says the lawsuit is essential to protecting the Commonwealth's political representation in Congress and federal financial aid.
