Andy Yee, the owner says it is not good bye.
He is planning to demolish the structure and rebuild on a smaller footprint because the restaurant industry is changing.
Yee's Mom and entire family was at closing night of the restaurant which was a popular nightspot for 53 years.
Yee says he will be making an announcement soon about his future plans.
