State Police are asking the public for help in locating a baby who has gone missing from Newburyport.
Police say 15-year-old Shantel Van Voorhis took her four-month-old son from DARE family services facility in Newburyport early yesterday.
They left without the antibiotics the child is being given for an ear infection and the baby's diaper bag.
Police say the teen and her child may be with Jonathan Heredia, and they could be traveling in a 1998 gray Honda CRV.
