Hefner Pleads Not Guilty To 10 Count Indictment

Former Senate President Stan Rosenberg's husband Bryon Hefner says he's not guilty of multiple sex crime charges.

Hefner  was arraigned yesterday in Suffolk Superior Court on a total of ten  charges that include sexual assault and criminal lewdness.

Hefner responded not guilty as each of the ten charges were read, and he was allowed to remain free without bail.

Hefner was also ordered to stay away from the State House grounds and from the alleged victim in the case.

Trial set for March of next year.
