An anti-gun mural and tribute to the victims of the school shooting in Parkland, Florida, created in Springfield by the father of one of the victims, has been destroyed.
The mural, painted last week outside the South Congregational Church by Manuel Oliver, was discovered ruined on Thursday morning.
Oliver and his wife, who lost their 17-year-old son Joaquin, appeared in Springfield last week for a discussion on gun violence.
