(24/7 News, Hadley) -- The Hadley police officer who posted an inflammatory meme on the police department's Facebook page is saying sorry.
Sergeant Ken Hartwright issued an apology to residents who attended a meeting on Monday angry about the meme that referenced the recent Starbucks controversy where two black men were arrested and comparing it to police officer assassinations.
Hartwright, who is the administrator for the Facebook page, told people at the meeting the meme was mistakenly posted.
