By John Baibak
May 2, 2018

Springfield's proposed budget for fiscal 2019 is 656-million-dollars.

In a letter to the City Council outlining the proposal, Mayor Domenic Sarno says it's the fourth straight year the city has a balanced budget without using reserve funds.

It prioritizes public safety, economic development, infrastructure improvements and education.
