A 47 year old Springfield man will be arraigned on murder charges after a fatal stabbing at a Ludlow Bakery Friday night.
Police say they arrested Franklin Conza, 47 (pictured) after being subdued by two witnesses and a struggle with police.
Police say the 70 year old victim, Carlos Santos was the co-owner of the Ludlow Central Bakery.
Ludlow Police tell us that the investigation is continuing.
They are working with the State Police out of the Hampden County D-A's office.
We expect to hear more about motive during arraignment on Monday in Ludlow District Court.
