Worcester Police Investigate First Murder

Worcester Police are continuing to  investigate the city's first homicide of the year.

Police say  16-year-old Sidney Krow Jr. was shot Saturday night on Main Street, and  died at the hospital a short time later.

Krow was a student at the  Gerald Creamer Center, which is a school that helps students catch up on  needed credits.

Police have not made any arrests in the shooting and  are investigating.

By comparison Springfield has recorded six murders this year.
