The Massachusetts Department of Transportation is announcing a Pioneer Valley bridge replacement project. '
The Morgan-Sullivan Bridge, which carries traffic over the Westfield River between Agawam and West Springfield on Route 147, will be reconstructed for 21-and-a-half-million dollars.
Construction is expected to begin this summer and wrap up by the summer of 2022.
