Minimum Wage Bill On Governor's Desk

The Massachusetts legislature is  sending a bill raising the minimum wage to 15-dollars an hour by 2023 to  the governor's desk.

The bill would also create a system of paid  family and medical leave, and would eliminate mandatory bonus pay on  Sundays.

The measure would also create a permanent sales tax holiday  every August.

It's unclear if Governor Baker will sign the bill.
