The eastern half of Hampden, Hampshire and Franklin counties remain under a Heat Advisory from the National Weather Service until Thursday evening.
Heat index values will be up to 100 degrees due to temperatures in the lower 80s and dewpoints around 70.
A little bit of a cool-down is expected for the weekend.
Cooling Centers are expected to be open today throughout western Mass.
