Springfield City Councilors are expected to make quick work of ratification of the Police Patrolman's Contract.
The contract calls for body cameras and a social media policy among other things.
Passage is expected.
However at the same meeting councilors are expected to again debate a Chief Diversity Officer in the city.
At an earlier meeting the council gave initial approval to the measure. Some councilors are wondering the effect on the budget.
