Rosenberg Attorney Wants Victims Identified

Former state Senate President Stan  Rosenberg and his husband want the name of one of their accusers  released to the public.

Rosenberg and Bryon Hefner say identifying the  person accusing Hefner of sexual assault would level the playing field.

The alleged victim claims in a lawsuit that Rosenberg knew Hefner posed  a risk to others and still allowed him access at the State House.

The Attorney for the alleged victim says that he has had clients in the past that were named and they simply couldn't handle the pressures of re-living the actions against them.

No word on when the judge will rule.

Hefner is facing criminal charges of sexual assault, with his trial  tentatively scheduled for next year.
