Springfield is back in the spotlight being shone on vehicles that are overloaded with cargo.
n a continuing Facebook series titled "What Could Go Wrong?" the Massachusetts State Police posted a picture on Monday of a pickup truck stopped on I-291.
The driver was cited for having an unsecured load of scrap metal and other debris.
State police had previously posted a picture of a pickup on I-91 in the city carrying chairs and other office furniture in June, and that same driver was pulled over a week later by Chicopee police for hauling a large load of plants.
