Chief: "It Looked Like A War Zone"

Police in New Haven, Connecticut  have three suspects in custody after 76 people overdosed on drugs,  with most of them on the city Green.

Police believe the overdoses all  involved K-Two synthetic marijuana laced with fentanyl, and it appears  all of the victims are going to survive.

Officials say that it resembled a war zone for a time.

Police and Fire officials were hampered by the ineffectiveness of the Narcan, the overdose reversal drug had on the victims.

Police believe the suspects were passing out samples of the drug that caused the overdoses.
