Come on out and join us for the 3rd Annual GySgt Thomas Remembrance Run (5K & 2-Mile Walk) will be held this year on the 9th of September at Nathan Bill's Bar & Restaurant 110 Island Pond Road in Springfield.
Day of registration starts at 8:30 am.
Pre-race ceremony at 10:00 with National Anthem by "Locals only" and race starts at 10:30.
This is a great event is for all ages and ability levels. The race is a charity event to raise money for the GySgt Sullivan Scholar ship, It is a great community event.
Runners will get a T-shirt and goodie bag (T-Shirts for runners and walkers are only guaranteed if you sign up before 26th of Aug).
We will be giving out awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place overall Male and Female finishers and age groups awards as well.
Following the run we will have live music entertainment.
The race course is a relatively flat loop course that is great for first time runner and seasoned runners love it. The two mile walk is a flat fast loop course. Both the runners and walkers start and end at the same point. We would love you all to come out and support this event.
