Springfield police have arrested a city man in connection to a shooting death on Wednesday.
Police found a not-yet-identified man suffering from at least one gunshot wound while sitting in a car in the early overnight hours in the city's Forest Park section.
Calvin Roberson was arrested allegedly driving away from the scene and crashing about a half-mile away.
The police department says Roberson struck two officers before they were able to arrest him, and they found two guns in the car he was driving.
