Springfield Police have said little about a shooting near the corner of Fort Pleasant and Forest Park Avenues last night.
The shooting sent a man to the hospital.
Police have only said that they got the first of the calls around 6:50 and that a man was injured.
The shooting scene last night is in the general area of another more serious shooting a couple of weeks ago that left a person dead.
