The Chicopee Comprehensive High School student being charged for reporting a hoax is speaking out.
The 16-year-old tells our media partner Western Mass News Seena Sleem that she did believe she saw a suspicious man on school grounds on August 31st.
She said she suffers from low blood sugar and post-traumatic stress disorder, which she told the news station causes her to hallucinate.
When contacted about the student's claims, the superintendent of Chicopee Public Schools said they are being investigated.
