Red Sox Are Record Setters

The Red Sox  set a team record with 106 wins by defeating the Orioles 6-2 at Fenway  Park.

Nathan Eovaldi allowed one run and struck out ten over five  innings for Boston to improve his record to 6-7 on the year.

Mookie  Betts hit his 32nd home run in the second inning to pace the Sox.

Betts went two for five to improve his average to .343 on the season, and also stole his 29th base.

The Red Sox look to extend the team record for wins as the home series continues against the last place Orioles tonight.

Boston also  clinched the best record in baseball this year with the win.

David  Price goes for his 16th win of the year tonight for Boston, with Jimmy  Yacabonis getting the start for Baltimore.
