Flag Flap In Berkshire County

The American Civil Liberties Union is  getting involved in a Berkshire County case where two students  reportedly wore a Confederate flag to school.

The Berkshire Eagle  reports the flags were confiscated by officials at Monument Mountain  Regional High School in Great Barrington  because they were  disruptive and therefore a violation of school policy.

An ACLU attorney  says that might have constituted a violation of free speech rights.
