Did State Conceal Evidence In Hernandez Case?

Investigators in the Aaron Hernandez  case are being accused of concealing information about the NFL star's  drug use in prison.

An inmate says Hernandez had been smoking a  synthetic marijuana called K2 for two days before his suicide.

The  information was made public after a lawyer pressed for a state report to  be released.

A spokesperson for the department of corrections says  they were trying to avoid compromising an investigation into prison drug  activity.

The spokesman has not explained the specifics of that particular investigation.
