Former casino mogul Steve Wynn is suing the Massachusetts Gaming Commission to prevent it from releasing an investigative report.
The commission is looking into whether Wynn Resorts should hold a gaming license in the state after allegations of sexual harassment were made against Wynn earlier this year.
The suit, filed in Nevada on Thursday, says any report containing privileged materials should not be released.
Wynn resigned in February.
He has yet to comment on the suit.
