UMass Investigates Second Racial Incident

The University of Massachusetts is  reporting a second racially charged incident in as many days.

A message  from Chancellor Kumble Subbaswamy says a racial epithet was discovered  scrawled on an anti-racism poster in a residence hall on Thursday.

UMass plans to review surveillance camera footage and take other  measures in an effort to identify the perpetrator, according to the  chancellor.

This comes a day after flyers from a white nationalist  organization were posted on campus.

Police have not commented specifically about the status of the investigation.
