AG Announces State Settlement

Comcast will be paying 700-thousand  dollars to Massachusetts as part of a settlement.

Attorney General  Maura Healey accused the media company of deceptive practices involving  its prices and long-term contract terms.

As part of the agreement,  Comcast will cancel the debts of over 20-thousand customers.

The  company says the settlement reflects its commitment to improving  customer service. ###
