Retired Trooper Pleads In Overtime Scandal

A retired Massachusetts State Trooper  from Southwick is pleading guilty in connection to an investigation of  overtime pay abuse.

The U.S. Justice Department says Paul Cesan entered  the plea on Thursday to one count of embezzlement from an agency  receiving federal funds.

Cesan was accused of collecting over  29-thousand dollars for overtime that he did not work.  He is set to be  sentenced next March.'
