Some members of the Massachusetts congressional delegation are rejecting President Trump's proposal to temporarily extend protections for DACA recipients.
In exchange for the proposal, the President wants border wall funding in order to reopen the government.
Worcester Congressman Jim McGovern says a deal can be negotiated after the government reopens.
Senator Ed Markey also says negotiations for immigration reform can be conducted after the government shutdown ends.
