BOSTON (WBZ-AM) — Yesterday's Patriots' Super Bowl sendoff rally at Gillette had a bit of everything: 35,000 fans, cheerleaders, Blue Man Group, a screaming Tom Brady.

And there was also some smack-talk.

Safety Patrick Chung got it started.

"I appreciate the support, we're going to kick their asses, baby!" he said.

Well, Rams had their sendoff celebration later in the day in Los Angeles, and a member of last year's Patriots—receiver Brandin Cooks—heard the noise.

"Hey Chung, we heard you talking that talk back there in Foxboro," Cooks said. "Let's get it straight!"

Pats traded Cooks to the Rams last offseason. They're hoping he loses his second straight Super Bowl now.

Big Game's in Atlanta Sunday night.
