Kraft Fate To Be Decided By Judge

New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft is pleading not guilty to a pair of misdemeanor charges of soliciting prostitution.

The Kraft plea came in a court filing by his attorney that was announced yesterday.

A court date is set for March 27th in Florida, where Kraft is accused of engaging in prostitution at a massage parlor. Kraft will not have to appear in court, as the case is at a low enough level that it can be handled by a local attorney.

Kraft's Attorney has already informed the courts that he will be seeking a jury waived trial.

That means that a judge would decide the case.
