The Hampden County District Attorney says he needs the public’s help in finding a witness in the Jerry BelLamy case.
That is the man who went to the police department to deal with a parking ticket and was involved in an altercation.
The case came to light after The Springfield Republican obtained video of the altercation.
The DA says the witness was present and saw what transpired in the lead up to the actual altercation.
