A recreational marijuana store is coming to Hampden County for the first time.
The Cannabis Control Commission authorized a final license yesterday to Mass Alternative Care to run a retail operation from its medical marijuana dispensary in Chicopee.
The facility's president is Kevin Collins, the retired NHL and AHL linesman who retired several years ago.
