A class-action suit is being filed against Baystate Health after a data exposure incident.
The data of more than twelve-thousand patients was exposed after nine Baystate employee accounts were compromised in the recent phishing attack.
The suit has been filed in federal court in Springfield by Westfield attorney Kevin Chrisanthopoulos.
Baystate officials are not commenting.
Attorney Chrisanthopoulos says he is still looking for additional victims to become apart of the suit.
