A black woman is accusing a Worcester Regional Transit Authority bus driver of racial bias.
A black woman claims she was not picked up by the white bus driver because of her race.
The driver says the missed pick up last September was accidental, and that he has been cleared by an internal investigation.
The woman has filed a complaint with the transit authority over the issue.
