Driving Bill Delayed In The Senate

A big surprise from the state senate.

They have reversed course and will not take up the Distracted Driving Bill as was planned for the longest of times.

Senate Leaders say the one month delay will give lawmakers more time to write their budget amendments which are due this week.

They will try again to pass the measure June 12th.

Some senators scratching their heads because they set their own calendar for the bill debate.
