Judge Reduces Bail On Westfield Father

Bail has been significantly reduced for the Westfield man accused of causing the death of his eight-month-old daughter.

A Hampden Superior Court judge reduced the bail for Daniel Torres from one-million dollars to twenty-thousand.

Torres, who faces a charge of second-degree murder, was arrested after he brought his injured daughter to Baystate Noble Hospital last July.

If he posts bail, he'll have to wear a GPS monitoring device and will have to stay away from the mother of the deceased child.
