UConn Buys New President Big Home

UCONN is handing over a big chunk of cash to buy a home for its incoming president.

The Board of Trustees has agreed to spend 740-thousand dollars to buy the five-thousand square foot residence in Storrs.

Thomas Katsouleas is expected to move in when his term begins August 1st.

Oak Hill, the presidential residence built in 1940, will be replaced.
