Cleanup Begins After Longmeadow Microburst

The National Weather Service says it was a "wet microburst" that struck Longmeadow Saturday night.

There were no reports of injury but there are as many as 60 trees that have been destroyed because of 70 mile an hour winds and torrential rains.

Much of the reported damage happened on Route 5 or off the Route 5 corridor.

It appears that all roads are open in Longmeadow.
