Another Connecticut company is headed to Massachusetts.
Fujifillm says it is moving its medical device subsidiary to an office it already has in Lexington.
The company was based in Stamford.
Officials say the move will allow them to better communicate across business units.
A statement does not refer to the Connecticut Business Tax structure.
It is expected that close to 200 people are affected by the move.
Neither Governor Lamont in Connecticut or Governor Baker has commented.
