Attorney General Maura Healey is opening an investigation into Westfield Transport.
One of the company's vehicles was driven by a man accused of causing a crash in New Hampshire last month that killed seven motorcyclists.
Volodymyr Zhukovskyy is charged with seven counts of motor vehicle homicide, and is in custody in New Hampshire without bail.
No timetable for the investigation. It is unclear whether the investigation will move to the Registry of Motor Vehicles or just the Transport Company specifically.
