Springfield Police say a shooting victim from Monday night has died in what is the 12th murder of the year in the city.
Very little is known. Police have only said they were called to the 100 block of Grant Street around 9-30 last night for a Shot Spotter call.
One victim was taken to the hospital where that person died this morning.
Police have made no arrests. Have no suspects and are continuing the investigation.
