The Challenge Diabetes Program is offering a free workshop on Thursdays, 9/19, 9/26 and 10/3 at 6 PM at the First Central Bible Church located at 50 Broadway in Chicopee. The free program gives an overview of what diabetes is, what you can eat and the magic bullet to assist in blood sugar control.
