The former president of the State Police union is free on bond after facing federal charges of fraud and obstruction of justice.
Dana Pullman is accused of receiving illegal kickbacks from Anne Lynch of Hull, who is the union's former lobbyist.
Pullman and Lynch are both charged with wire fraud, conspiracy and obstruction of justice.
Pullman is facing additional charges accusing him of embezzling union funds.
He is free on 25 thousand dollars bond.
