Teen Arrested For Gun At Soccer Game

A juvenile is facing charges for allegedly bringing a handgun to a soccer game in Franklin County.

The superintendent of schools in Orange says the 15-year-old student was found in possession of the firearm by police for a game at Mahar Regional School on Thursday.

School officials say the gun was not used to threaten other students.

The Superintendent calls it an isolated incident.
