A new report indicates that the average cost of a new home in Massachusetts this year is over 400-thousand-dollars.
The Warren Group says the median home price is up over three-percent in the first nine months of the year over 2018 levels.
For the month of September, the average home price of 399-thousand-dollars is a five-percent increase over the same month last year.
Condos last month sold for an average of 375-thousand-dollars, a 14-percent increase over last September.
The report says the media price this year in Nantucket is 1 point 5 million dollars.
In Hampden County it is 205 thousand dollars.
