Tougher Restrictions On Vaping In Senate Bill

The state legislature has passed a bill that places the toughest restrictions on flavored tobacco and vaping products in the country.

The measure bans the sale of menthol and mint flavors in tobacco and vaping products.

The bill also places a 75 percent tax on vaping products, and it does not apply to marijuana products.

The bill heads to Governor Charlie Baker for his consideration.

Convenience store owners have warned that since the smoking and vaping markets make up a great portion of their profits that some of the m could go out of business.
