A man is facing possible charges after his five-year-old grandson reportedly brought a loaded handgun to a Holyoke school.
Police say the boy had visited his grandfather on Friday and then apparently put the weapon in his backpack, which was brought to White Elementary School.
Authorities say the grandfather was licensed to carry in Massachusetts but still is looking at reckless endangerment of a child and improper firearm storage.
Police don't believe that there was any danger from the incident.
