New charges are being filed against the suspect in this month's child abduction case in Springfield.
The Hampden District Attorney's Office added three counts of aggravated rape of a child with force and one charge of indecent assault and battery in Springfield District Court against Miguel Rodriguez.
The city resident is accused of abducting an eleven-year-old girl on January 15th.
Rodriguez is being held without bail and is due for an evaluation at Bridgewater State Hospital.
