Attempted murder charges are no longer on the table for a man accused of setting fire to a rental property in Palmer.
Joseph Gulluni Jr. was arraigned on arson and other related charges in Worcester Superior Court on Tuesday.
The case was moved out of Hampden County court because Joseph Gulluni is a cousin of Hampden D.A. Anthony Gulluni.
The fire last June forced two of Gulluni's tenants to have to escape; they were able to do so.
