Attorney Norm Pattis is confirming Fotis Dulos is dead.
Dulos was pronounced dead today at Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx and had been in critical condition following a suicide attempt.
He had been charged with the murder of his estranged wife, Jennifer Dulos, who's been missing since March.
Dulos's five children are living with their grandmother in Manhattan.
Pattis did not say whether a note was left inside his Farmington home when the original incident happened.
